Field Sales Manager

We are a growing exterior property cleaning company looking for a motivated and driven **Field Sales Manager** to join our team. This is a **full-time** position that offers a **base salary + commission** with significant growth potential. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about sales, has leadership skills, and wants to grow alongside our company.
**Responsibilities**
As the Field Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead and Manage a Door-to-Door Sales Team: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement plans to drive sales growth.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, nurture relationships, and resolve issues.
- Take Incoming Sales Calls: Convert leads into booked jobs through excellent communication.
- Oversee the Hiring Process: Help recruit and onboard new sales team members.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet individual and team sales goals.
- Collaborate with Management: Provide regular reports and insights to help refine company sales strategies.

- Tech-Savviness: Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
**Requirements**:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license with access to your own vehicle.
- Full-time availability.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Willingness to travel or temporarily relocate as needed.
- Must have at least 1 year of Door to Door Sales experience.
