**Role Profile**

We are currently seeking a Field Sales Execution Manager to join our team based in Calgary, Edmonton, or Vancouver. Reporting to the Regional Manager - Western Canada the FSEM will be responsible for developing a team of Territory Managers and leading market activities in Western Canada. The FSEM role is critical in driving performance against KPIs and building overall awareness and distribution in the region. Your leadership will foster a creative and efficient field sales team, leading the region to its achievement of the sales plan.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Recruit, motivate and coach a team of Territory Managers across BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba while building a winning team culture
- Clearly articulate commercial priorities and market execution plans on a weekly and ongoing basis
- Assess and support team performance through regular trade visits in the region while providing coaching on product knowledge, sales tactics, and executional standards
- Identify new sales opportunities in the region that support distribution, volume, and market share targets
- Regularly monitor the performance of the field sales team against key performance indicators
- Support the Territory Manager’s weekly planning process to drive efficiency and focus in region
- Effectively manage the regions trade budget to drive distribution and volume growth
- Work with the Regional Manager to ensure the team is on track with sales objectives, provide clear feedback on successful initiatives and challenges, and contribute actionable solutions that can be implemented in a timely fashion
- Work cross-functionally with Key Accounts & Marketing to ensure trade support activities and portfolio execution in the region are fully implemented

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years' experience leading a high performing, remote team
- Experience in field sales, sales management, or key account roles preferred
- Proven track record in successfully motivating sales teams and driving results
- Ability to build and maintain effective and accountable working relationships with decision makers and internal stakeholders
- Advanced computer skills, fluent is Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and PowerBI
- Highly effective communication, product knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management with significant attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead a remote team
- Knowledge of cannabis industry and regulations strongly preferred
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned region
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Will be required to obtain and maintain valid cannabis worker certifications in the applicable western provinces
