**Responsibilities**:

- Install interlock, retaining walls, concrete, armour stone, etc.
- Install and supervise planting of trees, shrubs, perennials, flowers etc.
- Sod and soil installation.
- Operate equipment including mini ex, skid steers, tampers, diesel plates, sod rollers quick cuts etc.
- Read plans and set grades.
- Maintain professional company image.
- Supervise and motivate your crew.
- Complete and submit paperwork related to any jobs, maintain written time records and work orders.
- Communicate issues relating to employee relations, equipment issues, customer issues - make suggestions for solutions.

**Requirements**:

- A comprehensive knowledge of health & safety regulations for our profession.
- At least 3-years of experience as a foreman or lead hand.
- Experience operating small equipment an asset.
- A valid G license and clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
