**Responsibilities**:
As a Landscape Foreman/Lead Hand, you will be responsible for overseeing your crew and daily projects, primarily focused on resodding properties within the city limits. Key responsibilities include:

- Site management of landscaping projects.
- Operation of various tools and equipment.
- Ensuring safe work practices for the team on-site.
- Managing project quality and productivity from start to completion.
- Delegating, coordinating, and supervising day-to-day activities of the landscaping crew.
- Completing daily logs and reports.
- Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
- Proposing and implementing areas for improvement.
- Upholding customer service standards in all interactions with clients.
- Employee training and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in grading, sod installation, and other softscaping services is required.
- Experience in the safe use of landscaping equipment is preferred.
- Experience operating heavy machinery, including mini-ex and skid steer machines, is an asset.
- Experience driving loaded trailers and landscape dump trucks with 5 tons of equipment and/or aggregate.
- Valid G driver’s license; Class AR License considered an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good physical condition.
- Managerial experience is an asset.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong time management skills.
- Personal transportation required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
