This position reports to the AVP - Software Engineering. Come join our team

What you’ll do:
- Review software requirements efficiently.- Build architectural diagrams / design documents.- Establish and follow coding standards.- Debug and unit test the code.- Perform peer code reviews.- Mentor junior resources.- Lead development efforts for document management and imaging solutions in a cloud environment.- Provide SME level-consultation with project team and end users.

What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields, or equivalent experience.- Deep knowledge of data modelling- Minimum 5 years’ ECM experience with well-known ECM technologies (IBM FileNet, OpenText, Documentum, SharePoint, Xeroxetc.)- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in SQL query language- Agile software development, including the use of Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, etc.- Lead and perform hands on technical implementation of an Enterprise Content Management solution.- Lead development efforts for document management and imaging solutions in a cloud environment.-
- Domain knowledge on Property & Casualty Insurance- Minimum 10 years’ experience in software engineering- Experience across multiple technologies within ECM, BPM or content & document management solutions will be highly beneficial (e.g. OpenText, Hyland, IBM FileNet, EMC Documentum, Oracle, Perceptive, Saperion, ELO Digital, SER Solutions, EASY Software, Microsoft SharePoint, Alfresco, M-Files, Dropbox, Box, Kofax, K2, Bizagi, Tibco, Pega, Appian etc.)- Experience implementing, integrating, migrating, and supporting enterprise-level content management solutions for millions of records and documents
