Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with leading ECM technologies, including FileNet, OpenText, Case Manager, IBM Business Automation Workflow, DocVault, and DocuSign. This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling, agile software development methodologies, and experience working with cloud-based environments.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. The successful candidate will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in SQL query language, and hands-on experience with integrating ECM components with other line-of-business applications such as Guidewire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of ECM solutions
  • Develop architectural diagrams and design documents
  • Mentor junior resources and provide SME-level consultation to project teams and end-users

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge of ECM technologies, including FileNet, OpenText, Case Manager, and IBM Business Automation Workflow
  • Experience with data modeling, agile software development methodologies, and cloud-based environments
  • Proficiency in SQL query language and experience working with integration tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in software engineering, with a focus on ECM and cloud-based solutions
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 per year, based on industry standards and market research. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and a share plan.
