**OVERVIEW**:
The Chief of Staff maintains the overall day-to-day operations of an organization, works closely with executive-level staff on performance tasks, and ensures the office of the CEO runs smoothly.
- Support the CEO in setting the organizational vision and strategy, and managing the organization to achieve its objectives
- Support future international expansion by assessing new market opportunities
- Lead, support and track high priority initiatives to achieve organization-wide goals
- Plan, manage and facilitate key team meetings (eg. SLT, Town Halls, offsites, etc.) including building agendas, creating content and materials, bringing together notes and action items and following up as appropriate
- Help build a successful, healthy organization: improve planning, design optimal workflows, and align internal processes and communication
- Act as a sounding board to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team for new ideas and initiatives
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Act as a proxy for the CEO by attending meetings in place of the CEO and making decisions on their behalf
- Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
- Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO, regarding company climate, project updates, proposals, and planning
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives on special projects

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excels in and regularly demonstrate core values in Getting Sh*t Done, One Team One Dream and Sweating the Small Stuff
- Must have Omni retail and fulfillment knowledge ideally through international market experience in Europe and North America
- Retail logistics and customer fulfillment expertise at the senior leadership level is a must
- Multilingual is an ideal asset
- Must have demonstrated a willingness and ability to move to new countries to support operations
- 7+ years in a business or executive management role
- Expert collaborator with the ability to quickly and effectively establish cross-functional relationships
- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Experience with data analysis
- Experience with budget management
- Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
- Proven success in a project coordination role
- Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
