Job Description:

Nestbox AI is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to join our dynamic, inclusive and rapidly expanding team. As the Chief of Staff, you will partner closely with the CEO, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across all departments. Your strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise will play a vital role in advancing our mission and propelling Nestbox AI to new heights.

Location: New York, NY Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic plans, initiatives, and goals, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and mission.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing valuable insights, recommendations, and support on critical business decisions.

Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives, overseeing their successful implementation and ensuring effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.

Streamline internal processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency, productivity, and collaboration across the organization.

Conduct research and analysis to support data-driven decision-making, competitive intelligence, and market positioning.

Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and updates to the CEO and other key stakeholders.

Establish strong relationships and act as a liaison between the CEO, executive team, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic management, preferably in the technology sector, with a proven track record of driving successful initiatives and achieving business objectives.

Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications in the B2B space.

Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive collaboration across all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated experience in project management, process optimization, and organizational effectiveness.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing circumstances.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree, such as an MBA, is preferred.
