As the manager of the Visier University Training team, you're a coach/player (50/50) delivering analytics training to drive revenue and the adoption of our products. You are responsible for managing and motivating team members daily. You motivate the team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages the bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility. You'll share your knowledge and experience to coach the team on training best practices. As the team grows, you will deliver less training and more management. This is your opportunity to make a difference, empower our customers, and help them make more objective decisions about people and careers.

**What you'll be doing...**:

- Lead the team that delivers training services to our customers, partners, and employees
- Manage team development, onboarding, performance, and engagement
- Facilitate ILT both virtual and in-person training
- Consult with customers to assess their training needs
- Drive training delivery best practices standardization
- Analyze and understand data to suggest improvements for training and operations
- Define project schedules and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Work with key stakeholders build and maintain learning programs for our internal employees, enterprise customers and partners
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, including delivery of monthly reports
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement within our technology, tools, processes and our products
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set clear team goals that align with the broader company goals
- Support key business initiatives, as required

**What you'll bring to the table...**:

- Experienced managing, leading, and coaching a high-performing team
- Track record of building distributed teams that deliver on revenue and other key business objectives
- Experience forecasting and resourcing revenue-generating training
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a fail-fast mentality
- Experience in customer education
- Experience with Salesforce
- Strategic and critical thinking
- Data-driven approach to decision making
- Experience building, delivering and maintaining customer facing courses.
- Natural communication skills with the ability to engage with varying groups
- Domain expertise in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or Workforce Analytics
- Proficiency with various authoring tools preferred
- Proficiency with Visier preferred
