Embarking on an exciting new chapter in our growth story, we are looking for talented individuals who can help both Visier and our customers grow, evolve and win

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, People & Culture this role will partner with our Development, Product, and APAC-region teams to help them achieve their business goals through their talent strategies. The opportunity for you to have an impact is significant - we’ll be looking for someone who can roll-up their sleeves to drive results and help us develop & model best practices for our own amazing people analytics platform.

To better serve our APAC region we are looking for someone willing to consistently work a modified schedule. Ideally, this means you’ll begin your day mid to late morning and finish in the evening, with flexibility to amend these hours alongside business needs.

Visier operates a hybrid working schedule, in-office Tues - Thurs, and flexibility to WFH or in-office Mon & Fri.

What you'll be doing...

Form a strategic partnership with your client group. You’ll be working closely with department leadership to deeply understand their key business priorities and partner with them to provide tailored talent initiatives and advice to help achieve those priorities.

Drive manager effectiveness. Identify opportunities to level up managers in your client-group to help them be even more successful. This can take a variety of forms including: focused coaching, training / workshops, and resource creation.

Facilitate organizational development. Work with leaders and stakeholders across teams to assess organizational needs and develop initiatives to meet them including; initiatives to improve team effectiveness, promote our Visier values, help team members realize their impact on the organization, and more.

Navigate Employee Relations. Provide guidance on and manage employee relations issues, balancing your knowledge of best practices, employment law, business priorities, alongside your problem solving skills to find effective resolutions.

Champion data-driven decision-making. We created the industry-leading people analytics software solution and we want your help to ‘drink our own champagne’. Through our amazing software, leverage data insights to help leaders make better decisions.

Lead talent projects and initiatives. Roll up your sleeves and lead various talent projects and initiatives, whether that’s an annual merit cycle, performance reviews, engagement surveys, etc.

Promote Change Management. Leverage your understanding of change management practices to guide change initiatives. Like many tech companies, change is a regular occurrence for us and you’ll help our organization navigate it.

What you'll bring to the table...
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience including related positions such as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, etc.
  • Proven track record of successful partnership and/or consultation to help key stakeholders achieve results. You can speak to multiple projects you’ve led and how they helped your organization achieve results.
  • A business-oriented mindset - you seek to understand the priorities of the organization and build programs to meet those needs.
  • Proven experience using analytics tools to drive better decision-making. In the absence of direct analytics experience, having a genuine interest in developing this skillset will be crucial to your success.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Canadian employment law and the ability to research and understand employment law in other jurisdictions.
  • Experience with People Operations. While this will not be a core component of your role, you should understand People Ops best practices and be able to jump in to help from time-to-time.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation

Most importantly, you share our values...

  • You roll up your sleeves
  • You make it easy
  • You are proud
