**YOUR ROLE**

Mode is searching for a self-starter with a track record of success in their professional and personal or collegiate life. They will have superior interpersonal, team building and strong organizational skills with a commitment to quality and integrity. They will have the ability to work well independently and in a leadership role.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with brokers and dealerships.
- Create, monitor, and maintain sales reporting for all brokers and dealer clients.
- Develop and deliver product and sales training programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and materials.
- Research sources for developing prospective clients and to gather information to determine their sales potential.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Hold and maintain a valid Level 2 Insurance License or CAIB Designation.
- Understanding of ICBC and the dealer environment is an asset.
- Minimum 3 years experience in training/coaching and sales/marketing focus is an asset.
- Strong abilities in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Willing to travel to various brokers and dealers across BC.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent customer service knowledge and skills.
- Highly self-motivated individual who is capable of working both independently, without supervision, and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abbotsford, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales and Marketing: 3 years (required)

- Level 2 Insurance License (preferred)
