**Job Overview**:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Manager at Echo Janitorial Services, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic sales team and driving sales through door-to-door prospecting efforts. This position offers a commission-only structure, with overheads paid on sales made by the sales team, as well as commissions on the manager's own sales. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who can build and manage their own sales team while being self-driven, as the owners are focused on other projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives.
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide coaching, and offer support to the sales team.
- Lead by example by actively engaging in door-to-door sales efforts and generating leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects to drive sales growth.
- Provide ongoing training and development to sales team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, preferably in the cleaning services industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales team.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
