Your Role: As an Office Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll provide comprehensive administrative support, helping us to achieve our goals of inclusivity and diversity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain an organized office environment through tasks like filing, data entry, and managing supplies
- Greet visitors warmly and offer assistance to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events in collaboration with various teams
- Assist in organizing and executing awareness campaigns and events
- Contribute to social media initiatives by creating and sharing engaging content
- Work closely with the Social Media Specialist to communicate office activities effectively
- Maintain and update records, both physical and digital, to support documentation needs
- Basic bookkeeping and accounting
- Build relationships with potential employers, community partners, and individuals with disabilities
- Promote events, campaigns, and partnerships through social media
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of social media efforts using analytics tools
- When the chance comes up, you might help spread the word and get people excited about supporting our mission, programs, and services by encouraging them to donate, participate, and show their support

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in basic office software and social media platforms
- Basic bookkeeping and accounting skills are considered an asset

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 8 weeks

Pay: $16.55-$16.75 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Etobicoke, ON M9W 3R9
