**Why this role is important?**

SANIS HEALTH INC (a division of Shoppers Drug Mart) is looking to hire a Coordinator, Vaccine Partnerships (1 year contract) within our Pharmaceutical Partnerships department. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Procurement Business Process, you will assist with our COVID-19, Influenza, and Routine vaccination programs and work with other Pharmaceutical Partnerships team members to ensure a successful outcome.

**What You’ll Do**:
COVID and FLU Vaccination Programs
- **Data Entry of vaccine shipments from our Distribution Centers to our Pharmacy Stores into Provincial data management systems**:

- **Data Reporting to meet Provincial Ministry **requirements relating to the distribution of publicly funded vaccines**:

- **Provide second level pharmacy support to Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw **pharmacies for issues relating to our Vaccination programs and where required, **liaise with other second level pharmacy support teams to resolve issues or **concerns in a timeline manner**:

- **Ensure communication for all product and/or program updates are **posted for stores across the Enterprise as required**:

- **Support routine and ad-hoc analytical processes for vaccination programs**:

- **Ensure that store list databases reflect the files used for reporting**:
Vaccination Program Documentation and Other Related Activities
- **Assist with documentation of vaccination processes**:

- **Maintain the Sharepoint site for the **Vaccine Partnerships team and manage all necessary documentation as needed**:
**What You’ll Need**:

- **Working towards a post-secondary education in a related scientific field and/or post-graduate diploma in Statistics, Business or Science in Pharmaceutical Science or related**:

- **Strong attention to detail, analytical ability and problem solving**:

- **Requires an understanding of inter-related work processes to be able to adapt to differing assignments**:

- **Draws on a number of known options to solve problems and to develop improvements**:

- **Strong MS Excel and computer skills to produce effective reports, spreadsheets, documents and presentations, as required**:

- **Database management experience**:

- **Ability to work independently and in a team setting remotely**:

- **Adaptable to set and prioritize work with varying exceptions**:

- **Able to work with diverse personalities and styles**:

- **Communicates with clarity in one-on-one or group situations**:
