Executive Assistant

Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Manage executive calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes
- Assist with document management, including filing, scanning, and archiving
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with document management systems such as DocuSign
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
