Inside Sales/customer Service

Abrasifs Primex-Molemab deals with the world of grinding wheels. Company is of Italian origin (Head Office and Production plant) with a sales office and warehouse for the USA / Canada on the south shores of Montreal.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and inside sales. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in the USA / Canada and assisting them with their orders,inquiries and needs. English mother tongue preferred or perfectly fluent in English and French.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about our products
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal and outside teams to address customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our Salesforce database
- Support our sales agent on the road.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity in using technology and comfortable navigating various software systems

Abrasifs Primex-Molemab est dans la fabrication et revente de produits de meules abrasives. L'entreprise est d'origine italienne (siège social et usine de production) avec un bureau de ventes et un entrepôt pour les USA/Canada sur la rive sud de Montréal.
Nous recherchons une personne très motivée pour se joindre à notre équipe en tant que représentant du service à la clientèle et des ventes internes. Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé de fournir un service exceptionnel à nos clients aux États-Unis/Canada et de les assister dans leurs commandes, demandes et besoins. Langue maternelle anglaise préférée ou maîtrise parfaite de l'anglais et du français.
Responsabilités:
- Fournir des informations précises sur nos produits
- Aider les clients à passer des commandes, à suivre les expéditions et à résoudre tout problème ou préoccupation
- Ventes incitatives et croisées de produits pour maximiser les opportunités de vente
- Construire et entretenir de solides relations avec les clients
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes et externes pour répondre aux demandes des clients.
- Tenir à jour des enregistrements précis des interactions clients dans notre base de données Salesforce
- Soutenir notre agent commercial sur la route.
Qualifications:
- Une expérience antérieure en service à la clientèle ou en vente est préférable.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant verbale qu'écrite
- Fortes capacités de résolution de problèmes et souci du détail
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
- Familiarité avec l'utilisation de la technologie et aisance à naviguer dans divers systèmes logiciels

**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
