**Working at Fanshawe College**Note**: This is a full-time temporary position until October 31, 2023 (35 hours per week).**Duties**: Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, Faculty of Business, Information Technology and Part-time Studies, the incumbent is responsible for providing administrative, academic and clerical support with primary responsibility as Divisional Student Information Systems (SIS) liaison for the Lawrence Kinlin School of Business.**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary 2-year diploma in Office Administration or Business Studies
- Minimum 1-year experience in team environment in an academic service office using a variety of computer software packages such as word processing and spreadsheets
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
- Familiarity with student information systems in a post-secondary work environment would be an asset
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
