Job Title: Solar Sales Advisor

**Job Description**:
As a Solar Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and setting solar energy systems to residential customers. Your primary objective will be to educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and guide them through the process of selecting the appropriate solar solution for their needs. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused approach, as you will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, engaging with customers face-to-face in the field, and establishing long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads: Identify and cultivate leads primarily through a customer facing strategy and various channels such as, networking, referrals, and online marketing efforts.
- Conduct consultations: Meet with potential clients to assess their energy needs, evaluate their property for solar feasibility, and provide customized solar solutions.
- Educate customers: Explain the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives or rebates. Address any concerns or objections and provide accurate information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Provide post-sales support: Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and facilitate referrals or testimonials.
- Stay informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory developments related to solar energy. Continuously update your knowledge and skills to better serve customers and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts related to solar energy systems.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant sales tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (required)
- Certification or training in solar energy sales or installation (a plus).

**Salary**: $44,195.82-$132,266.51 per year
