Inferno Solar Ltd. is an Alberta-based, family-owned solar company. We install solar systems that make a difference - hundreds and thousands of panels at a time. Our goal is to provide Clean Energy Solutions for Canadians, and we feel the commercial sector is key to doing this as it has the highest impact for the lowest input cost.

Our projects are on commercial buildings - flat roofs and sheet metal roofs, in Calgary, Edmonton, and smaller cities and towns across Alberta, BC and Saskatchewan. We are also expanding our capabilities to include expertise in EV charging, battery storage, and LED lighting upgrades.

We are hiring a motivated **Salesperson **who wants to learn and grow in the clean energy industry. This is a full-time position based out of our Edmonton office.

**Mission: Create a relationship based on trust with corporate customers, to reduce electricity costs and carbon emissions through the deployment of rooftop solar, EV charging, and battery storage solutions**

**Key Accountabilities**:
1. Promptly follow up with all leads

2. Create and provide proposals to customers

3. Identify new opportunities

4. Create relationships with individuals in our target market (networking)

5. Maintain a company CRM database using PipeDrive

6. Bring passion, excitement, and positivity to the job

7. Generate weekly sales reports and review with management

1. Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities

2. Contact existing customers to ensure they are satisfied with the product and ask for referrals

3. Participate in the creation of content for marketing

**Qualifications Required**:
1. Genuine and authentic desire to help our corporate customers reduce electricity costs

2. Driven self-starter

3. Excellent communicator

4. Excellent at networking

5. Ability to travel as required throughout Alberta

6. Class 5 drivers license

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, and other software

**Differentiators**:
1. Previous sales experience, ideally in the electricity or real estate sectors

2. Established network of corporate customers, commercial and industrial real estate companies, agriculture industry, large power users

3. Familiarity with commercial buildings, construction methods, roofing systems

4. Bachelor’s degree; or demonstrated experience in lieu

5. Knowledge of rooftop solar technology, opportunities, limitations, and value

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
