**Position: D2D Sales Associate**

**Location: [Edmonton, AB]**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers within assigned territories.
- Actively engage with prospects to showcase our products/services and explain their benefits.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manage sales leads and follow-up with potential customers.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors' products, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in direct sales or door-to-door sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Salary**: $15.00-$35.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T6E 5Y9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
