**About this opportunity**

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Innovation Account Manager is responsible for performing various Innovation project related activities. The position is primarily responsible for initiating and monitoring Innovation job progress internally, under the direction of the Director of Business Development.

**What you will do**
- Liaise with Creative Supervisor, ensuring that all creative requirements are communicated for rendering Innovation concepts
- Work with retail marketing, design, and production teams to coordinate retail display, decor and fixture projects
- Attend and participate in bi-weekly production meetings, reviewing projects on-the-go and initiating new projects with the team
- Maintain Innovation job tracking documents
- Prepare presentation decks with renderings and initial job specs for client review and discussion
- Prepare request for Estimates
- Liaise with structural design team to follow up on prototype development and delivery; collect and/or photograph prototype samples
- Attend Innovation job initiation meetings, communicating pertinent job information to all departments involved in the production process
- Coordinate prototype production
- Monitor production process and close the loop by following up with production and sales staff on project status; photograph prototypes, collect samples, etc.
- Manage sample image library
- Occasionally required to work on special projects that benefit our marketing promotional efforts.

**What you have to offer**
- University or College degree in Graphic Communications or equivalent experience
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple jobs simultaneously & managing prioritization of issues on a daily basis
- Prioritize workload when faced with multiple requests and changing business dynamics
- Ability to establish strong, lasting relationships with the customer, vendors and suppliers, while also maintaining solid relationships with colleagues and management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working proficiency of company standard MS Windows and associated Office productivity software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working proficiency of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
