**About the Role**:
We're searching for a Grants Manager with solid experience to lead a diverse portfolio of partners through the grant-writing journey. In this pivotal role, you play a key role in our operations ensuring each project is executed with excellence and truly embodies the Grantsimple Experience. Your leadership will not only drive the success of our grant initiatives but also enhance the impact we make together. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for fostering meaningful partnerships, you'll play a key role in delivering top-notch projects and making a lasting difference in the communities we serve.

**Organization/Project Management**: In the world of grants, every day is a new puzzle of projects and deadlines. As a key player in our team, you'll help keep us on track, ensuring every project crosses the finish line with time to spare. Your organizational prowess will help us juggle multiple projects seamlessly, making sure every task and submission is handled with precision and care.

**What You’ll Actually Do**:

- Keep a close eye on grant progress, keeping our partners informed and on track according to the program timelines.
- Tackle challenges head-on, always looking for ways to smooth out any bumps in the road to grant success.
- Take the lead on the grant writing process, collaborating with our writing team and support staff to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration from start to finish.
- Keep our partners in the loop with regular updates and progress reports, building a foundation of transparency and trust.

**What You Bring to the Table**:
Combining process with passion, you have a zest for storytelling with a purpose, backed by 3+ years in grant writing or experience in charities/fundraising. You have an agile mindset, ready to pivot and adapt, embodying our ethos of innovation and simplicity. You are a problem solver with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in both teamwork and independent settings. A lifelong learner attitude, always seeking to grow and evolve alongside our community partners. You’ll work with a portfolio of partners, working closely with them to develop and execute their grant program infusing strategy and insights that exemplify the Grantsimple Experience.

**Join us**:
We're excited to offer a full-time opportunity, promising 40 hours a week (Monday through Friday), complete with a 1-hour paid lunch. This role is predominantly remote, requiring 1-2 office days monthly for those in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Enjoy benefits like 3 weeks of paid vacation annually, along with 5 paid sick days and 2 personal days each year. Additionally, we offer a competitive Health Spending Account to support your wellness needs. While the position is mainly remote, occasional local travel for partner meetings is part of the role.

Compensation Range: $58,000 - $70,000
