**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating the bookings and tracking of loaner vehicles to ensure its accessibility
- Maintaining well-organized records of Loaner Vehicle Inventory, as we presently have a fleet of 60
- Arranging all necessary repairs for loaner vehicles
- Ensuring customers return vehicles in an optimal state and report any damages promptly
- Intelligently responding to customers' queries in a courteous and professional manner
- Verifying the return date and time mentioned on the loaner agreement and reviewing all charges while accepting the vehicle upon return
- Building and sustaining an excellent customer service relationship with our clients
- Organizing Valet pick-ups and returns of customer vehicles
- Booking Uber transportation to and from the dealership
- Collecting customer-related charges for the loaner fleet, i.e., fuel, tickets, damages, etc.
- Undertaking any other assignment assigned by the management
