Principal Product Manager, Arlo Secure

**Job Title: Principal Product Manager, Arlo Secure**
- Define meaningful customer experiences as part of the vision, roadmap, and problem-solving components of the Arlo secure app
- Drive and execute the Smart home integrations including matter compliance
- Lead the definition and execution of specific AI and ML services within the app that enhance the overall Arlo secure ecosystem
- Lead multiple customer experiences for the improvement of NPS across Arlo secure ecosystem
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and an outcome-based roadmap for Arlo Secure apps.
- Work with the key Device Product Managers-Technical and Go to Marketing (GTM) teams to define the future In-App experiences.
- Discover and prioritize the most important problems to solve through a deep understanding of Arlo secure customers and their needs
- Work closely with the Customer Experience team to
- Partner with strategic business verticals ensuring meaningful customizations continue to meet and exceed their business objectives.
- Conduct periodic customer surveys to understand the pulse of the valued Arlo secure customers and
- Provide ideas that focus on Product led growth and execute them after business prioritization.
- Keep up with the App latest trends and updates across Operating systems and suggest improvements to the app's features
- Define metrics for measuring business impact and utilize them to make data-driven prioritization decisions
- Develop and execute project plans for the launch of new features Incorporating GTM, Customer care, Growth, and other teams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines
- Collaborating with engineering to drive delivery and adapt to technical constraints without compromising user needs
- Drive the product roadmap by experimentation and rapid iteration.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager for complex software products
- Prior experience in software/hardware lifecycle will be extremely helpful in carrying out the expected responsibilities
- Experience operating large-scale commercial software products as a service with user-centered production metrics
- Experience using Agile methodologies to collaborate directly with a software engineering team
- Strong focus on user-centered design and measurable outcomes
- Strong focus on people alignment across multiple groups of the organization
- Familiarity with releasing apps & updates on iOS and Android platforms
