Help us deliver excellent service to our investors and tenants by bringing your experience as a
**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**, to our state of the art office in Burlington, where you will:

- Take a consultative approach to clients to understand their needs and offer the right products/services
- Establish and maintain and manage customer relations with clients through in person and over the phone support
- Provide reports and support to the sales team and administrative support to the operations team
- Compose and/or edit/distribute letters, memos, reports and other correspondence
- Track due dates for reports and scheduled meetings and maintain recipient/participation lists
- Inform clients on new release products and policies
- Identify and solve problems regarding account inquiries while providing technical and troubleshooting support
- Set up and maintain files client files
- Assist in office administration tasks as required

**What we are looking for**:

- 3 year’s in a Customer Service role
- High proficiency with MS Office products
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently
