Responsibilities Include:

- Organize and Schedule Appointments
- Online and physical file maintenance
- Maintain and update CRM
- Work with clients and vendors related to events
- Create digital floor plans
- Create and update timelines
- Order Event Rentals
- Create content and posting on Social Media platforms
- Assist on Event days including set-up and teardown (*with a future expectation to train to execute events on your own)

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of office management systems. We use Dubsado, All Seated and Google Docs
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workflow
- strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Must be able to work long hours on your feet on event days and be able to lift heavy items
- Available to work weekends and some evenings with your own reliable transportation
- prior event/ wedding experience is an asset. Priority will be given to WPICC or other related certification.

Interviewing will commence early April 2023

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-28 per week

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Retention bonus

- Bowmanville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Event/ Wedding planning: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- social Media management in a business setting: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
