**What will you do?**

Develops visual factory management infrastructure through maintaining metrics, dashboards, and KPI’s via data collection and analysis. Supports and participates in production support projects aimed at driving continuous improvement and process optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administration of production management infrastructure. Maintains and develops Access Databases and Excel Workbooks to consolidate production data including OEE, OPE, Productivity, RFT, CI Metrics, Quality Metrics, Inventory, and Queue
- Develops and maintains production balanced scorecards and analytics reports, hosts and facilitates production metrics review meetings (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) as required
- Supports daily shift reports & production throughput reports for processing and packaging. Maintains and administers production pull system (POLCA) - Maintains POLCA indicators & conduct periodic analysis to optimize production queue levels
- Identifies opportunities to level load production WIP & optimize cycle time. Supports continuous improvement program and production project management. Works with production management to prioritize and schedule production improvement and innovation initiative pipeline
- Develops and maintains architecture to manage production projects hopper Coordinates production CI huddle cadence including 5S, RFT, A3’s, JDI & Eureka, and TPM. Coordinates, level loads assignment of CI initiatives to production frontline leadership
- Technical Documentation Coordination
- Reviews, revises and prepares SOPs for compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices and to reflect current work activities in production department
- Supports production document review systems to drive RFT metrics through sustaining document RFT review process. Prepares documents and materials for informal (e.g. on-the-floor training) and formal training
- Liaises with maintenance and technical operations to implement and sustain TPM through develop technical operation & troubleshooting guides for key production equipment. Develops e-training material for equipment operation & troubleshooting. May be essential to perform alternating or rotating shift work (as required)

**How will you get there?**

**Minimum Qualification**
- Bachelors of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree
- 2 plus years of previous administrative experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles. Knowledge of project management principles.
- Working knowledge of VBA, and SQL. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Work, Outlook). Superior written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Detail oriented and organized, with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency with the English language.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Walks, stands, lifts small objects and tools, and/or operates keyboard equipment for short duration.
- Typically located in a comfortable indoor area. There may be regular exposure to mild physical discomfort from factors such as dust, fumes or odours, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights.
- Frequent need to distinguish among or interpret a variety of sensory inputs that require attention to decode and identify.
