**In this role**

As a Seating & Mobility Specialist, the employee shall provide assistive technology and advice for those needing seating, positioning or wheeled mobility devices. Typically, you will:

- Proactively develop new referral sources and clients through professional presentation.
- Contribute to team results by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting client needs.
- Assist with building and strengthening existing and new customer relationships by finalizing proper evaluations to ensure appropriate recommendations for equipment that will best serve the client’s specific need.
- An enthusiastic professional with a minimum of two to three years of sales experience with medical equipment is preferred.
- Relevant education in Kinesiology, experience in the medical sector or ties to the medical referral community would be a definite asset.
- Lift heavy equipment and bend frequently.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical issues relating to pediatrics and geriatrics.
- Funding knowledge within complex rehab technology.
- All applicants are required to be in compliance with all orders and directions related to public health and workplace safety in effect in their intended province of employment as applicable from time to time. Given the nature of this role, this compliance may require applicants to, among other things, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and able to provide satisfactory proof of vaccination._
