**What you will do**:
The Office Caretaker is responsible for ensuring that the office environment is clean, hygienic, and conducive to productivity. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain the office's overall appearance and functionality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning and disinfecting all surface areas, including bathrooms, common kitchens, desks, and conference rooms.
- Replacing toilet paper and hand towels.
- Dusting all surfaces.
- Mopping and polishing floors.
- Picking up trash and emptying trash bins.
- Notifying management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas.
- Other tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in office cleaning or a related role is preferred.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills to report issues and coordinate with the Operations team.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

**Work Schedule**:

- Flexible shifts, including early morning or evening hours.
