**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a **Client Onboarding Specialist** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for our clients, guiding them through the process of integrating our software solutions into their systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that clients are set up for success from day one, providing exceptional service and support as they adopt our advanced robotics technology.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Onboarding**: Lead new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to integrate our software solutions with their systems.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct product demos and training sessions to familiarize clients with the features and benefits of our software.
- **Support and Troubleshooting**: Provide hands-on support during the setup and initial use of our software, assisting clients with any questions or issues they may encounter.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain clear documentation for clients, including onboarding guides, training materials, and FAQs.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, technical support, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation and address any client needs or feedback.
- **Customer Success**: Track and monitor client progress during the onboarding phase, ensuring they reach key milestones and that they are fully satisfied with the product and service.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback to identify opportunities for improving the onboarding process and overall customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (preferably in software or technology services).
- Strong understanding of software solutions and how they integrate into clients’ systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide exceptional customer support.
- Passion for customer success and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Experience in robotics, AI, or similar tech industries is a plus.
Pay: $21.55-$23.45 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
