Toronto Plastic Surgery is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Cosmetic Surgical practice.

**Job Outline and Responsibilities**

A Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for engaging with patients that contact the practice, providing education regarding plastic surgery procedures, facilitating consultations and scheduling surgical procedures. The patient care coordinator acts as the primary liaison between patients and the surgeons.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Act as a point of contact for patients through their entire journey from initial inquiry through surgery and all post surgical visits
- Coordinate surgical procedures for cosmetic patients
- Clearly and thoroughly educate patients on pre-surgical care and post op care
- Responsible for confirmation calls, followup calls and post treatment appointments
- Foster growth for cosmetic surgical practice and non
- surgical medical spa
- Meet with patient following surgical consultation to discuss surgery, further educate patient on procedure, answer question and concerns and develop quote for procedure
- Discuss fees and financial policies with prospective patients
- Understand financing options available to patients
- Coordinate financing for patients as necessary
- Knowledge and understanding of all consent documentation
- Manage patient photography when necessary
- Knowledge of all surgical and non surgical procedures offered at Toronto Plastic Surgery
- Effectively convey information regarding surgical procedures to patient
- Familiar and conversant with all information contained on the practice website
- Effectively use patient portals and practice software
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism in all dealings with patients, families and employees of Toronto Plastic Surgery
- Work collaboratively with other service providers including nurses, physician assistant and medical aesthetician

Salary offered will be based on Experience

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
