Overview:
We are looking for a RNFA to join us as a surgical assistant as well as client and admin support. This is a full-time position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare team members to develop surgical plans and ensure proper execution
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures
- Perform pre-operative and post-operative assessments of patients
- Provide patient education and support regarding surgical procedures, recovery, and post-operative care
- Document all patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in medical records
- Collaborate with case management teams to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth transitions between healthcare settings

Must have:

- Current Certificate of Competence with CNO
- BLS/ACLS required
- Successful completion of recognized RNFA Program
- Demonstrated ability to handle and triage multipe priorities
- Comfort with technology (EMR, messaging systems, mobile tech)

Great to have:
Experience, lived or acquired, in the transgender/gender diverse community and/or in T/GS care is an asset.

Experience in plastic surgery, ENT, OMFS also an asset, but not required.

Ability to suture
