**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Maintain patient records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with billing and insurance claims using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide excellent customer support and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies
- Support the office staff and dentists with administrative tasks as needed
**Skills**:
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office is preferred
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and files
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
