We are now looking for a Regional Construction Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working across multiple sites.

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager with strong client relationship skills to join our innovative and fast-growing team in Canada.

You’ll play a pivotal role in our expansion in the Canadian market, facilitating the operations multiple construction sites and acting as the critical on-the-ground client contact.

With ample room for growth, you’ll be part of a company dedicated to pushing boundaries and challenging traditional methods in the construction industry.

**The Role**

As a Regional Construction Manager, you will oversee the daily progress of multiple construction sites, ensuring the successful delivery of our projects in Canada.

You will facilitate the smooth operation of multiple construction sites (currently four confirmed) in the Toronto region, with the potential for new site acquisitions across Canada, collaborating with internal teams to address operational challenges and keep projects on track.

Acting as the main client contact, you will manage key client relationships, provide solutions to on-site challenges, and maintain strong communication, ensuring a seamless on-site experience.

Additionally, you will:

- Co-ordinate and lead regular site meetings
- Provide frequent updates on site progress and address any emerging issues
- Travel regionally within Canada, with occasional travel to the UK Headquarters for key events and training
- Lead and influence the growth of our operations in Canada
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across all sites
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction

**About You**

To be considered as a Regional Construction Manager, you will need:

- Demonstrable experience working effectively with construction procedures and material and project management principles
- The ability to navigate complex site issues and maintain project momentum
- Client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and problem-solve on-site
- To either hold a Gold Seal Certification (GSC) or be willing to gain this ASAP after appointment
- A full, valid driving licence

Experience in the steel, metal work, balcony or balustrade industry would be advantageous. The ability to read drawings would also be beneficial.

Please note, initial training will be conducted in Reading, UK, for at least one week.
Ongoing training will continue remotely, as needed.
