**CLINIC MANAGER**

**Who you are**:
You are highly motivated individual who is dynamic, has a passion for people and can roll up your sleeves and roll with it. The Clinic Manager has an uplifting attitude, a strong sense of self and is always looking to develop and grow both personally and professionally.

**Operations**:

- Achieve budgeted sales, sales increase, and EBITDA targets.
- Provide a strong presence in the clinic and visibility during operating hours, allowing yourself to flow through every facet of the operation without getting locked into a position.
- Manage shift schedule to control labour cost.
- P&L management and monthly reporting with the MSP Team.
- Work closely with Regional Relationship Director to obtain best practices and achieve sales targets.
- Partner with the medical physicians to promote efficiencies and evolve the practice.

**Promotions**: **Manage MSP promotions within the clinic**
- Liaise with department leads and Regional Relationship Director to execute and implement all national marketing initiatives, local marketing programs and in-clinic promotions
- Evaluate effectiveness and report on metrics of all such programs to Regional Relationship Director and MSP Marketing team using the prescribed communication tool.

**MSPeople Leadership**: **Recruitment and selection of team members.**
- **The ongoing training and coaching of team members.**:

- Encourage and perpetuate clinic culture through effective leadership.
- Motivate, challenge, and strategize with team members to achieve all clinic targets.
- Annual 9-block assessment of all team members.
- Mid-year and year end performance appraisals of all team members.
- Regular (monthly) one 2 ones are conducted and documented for all team members.
- Facilitate daily communication - daily stand-up meeting, communication boards.
- Ensure work environment is healthy, safe, and based on respect and trust while endorsing MSP’s standard of quality and service.
- Ensure clinic adheres to all legislative and government guidelines.
- Implement and adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the MSP standards handbook.
- Lead and execute the MSP premiere service model.

**Patient Focus**: **Patient recovery both online and in person.**
- **Meet or exceed MSP patient satisfaction goals.**

- Provide a safe, clean, and touchless experience for patients to ensure that safety and health expectations are exceeded.**Training**:
**Communicate all current and upcoming training-related initiatives to team members.**
- Work to identify certified trainers within the clinic.
- Oversee the training of new team members, working through certified trainers.
- Have weekly progress meetings with trainee, encourage and course correct as required.
- Provide regular feedback on trainee’s progress to Regional Relationship Director. **Health Check**:

- Oversee safety protocols in place to ensure health and safety of our patients and team members
- Report PPE Inventory to Regional Relationship Director to maintain optimal levels
- Current knowledge of government health and safety protocols - monitor changes and communicate to team members

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
