Service Writer

**Service Writer**

The primary responsibility of the Service Writer is to provide excellent customer service to our customers. This includes but is not limited to: answering questions about products, pricing, and product availability, providing quotes, and communicating with customers regarding order status. The Service Writer will also be expected to perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in a customer service or sales position.
- Experience with tire sales and service.
- Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
