**Summary**:
The Service Writer will interact with customers and our dealer network to provide information in response to inquiries on parts, products, and services in addition to resolving complaints and sales development responsibilities with Industrial, Municipal, and Commercial end user account groups within the provinces of Nova Scotia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for creating and managing work order data within our business software.
- Booking and scheduling all in-bound work
- Assist with in-house fleet management record keeping and maintenance scheduling.
- Compile quotes for both internal fleet repairs and external customer repairs
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns efficiently and professionally
- Prepare customer invoicing and annual contract service and billing.
- Paperwork filing and organization.
- Resolving customer complaints in a collaborative manner to provide innovative solutions.
- Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems.
- Centralized receiving of phone call inquiries and forwarding to the appropriate personnel.
- Managing the relationships of a large portfolio of existing clientele within a territory.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 drivers' license
- Able to maintain a high-level of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proof of vaccination
- Current driver's abstract
- Criminal Check.
