**Payroll Specialist**

Join the Go Auto family We're growing and seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team.

**Primary Duties**:

- ** US Payroll (Washington State)**:

- Process semi-monthly and bi-weekly payrolls using UKG for multiple companies.
- Manage employee records, resolve inquiries, and process terminations.
- Prepare ROE’s, assist with year-end processes, and issue T2200s.
- Run pay, import data, and balance entries using UKG.
- Provide training, generate reports, and assist with provincial reporting.
- Handle garnishments, RRSP’s, pension plans, and union remittances.

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience with US Payroll is required**:

- PCP Designation preferred.
- 2-3 years’ payroll experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of multi-provincial employment standards.
- UKG payroll experience an asset.
