**Responsibilities**:

- Clerical and administration duties and projects for the purchasing department
- Ensuring internal procedures are followed and seeking approval from managers.
- Following and ensuring ETAs from vendors
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with MS Word and Excel
- Organizing, receiving, and dispatching goods
- Maintaining inventory

**Knowledge and Skill**:

- Work experience in general office administration including data entry, filing, and document reconciliation.
- A professional, positive, and friendly presence with a customer service-oriented mind-set.
- Self-motivated with strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to adapt and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient keyboarding and computer skills including competent knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

This position is based out of the Campbell River Warehouse and works Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with some flexibility required. Company benefits are available immediately.
