AJM est actuellement à la recherche d'un Réceptionniste.

Le rôle:

- Répondre au téléphone, filtrer et diriger les appels
- Accueillez les personnes entrant dans l'organisation.
- Reçoit et trie le courrier et les livraisons.
- Planifier des rendez-vous et tenir un journal de rendez-vous électroniquement.

Tâches administratives générales:

- Mettre à jour et maintenir la facturation par courrier électronique.
- Trier les requêtes générales
- Saisissez les chèques vérifiés reçus quotidiennement
- Postez les chèques sur les comptes clients appropriés.
- Aider aux demandes de paie
- Postez le paiement par carte de crédit à partir du rapport de validation de la carte de paiement sur les comptes clients appropriés
- Maintenir un dossier organisé des chèques postdatés reçus des clients et mettre à jour les informations connexes
- Traiter les demandes de crédit soumises par les clients
- Archivez les demandes de crédit en les numérisant dans le dossier comptable une fois approuvées.
- Numérisez les nouvelles feuilles de configuration de compte.
- Maintenir l'inventaire général des fournitures de bureau.
- Responsable de tous les classements généraux.
- Bilingue (l'anglais est requis pour répondre aux clients internationaux)
- Expérience dans un rôle d'accueil
- Expérience en comptabilité/finance (atout)
- Grandes compétences en communication
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle
- Esprit d'équipe
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches
- Connaissance pratique de Microsoft Outlook, Word et Excel

AJM is currently looking for a Receptionist.

**The Role**:

- Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls
- Greet people entering the organization.
- Receives and sorts the mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments & maintain appointment diary electronically.

**General administrative duties**:

- Sort general queries
- Enter verified cheques received daily
- Post cheques to the appropriate customer accounts.
- Assist with payroll inquiries
- Post credit card payment from the charge card validation report to the appropriate customer accounts
- Maintain organized folder of postdated cheques received from customers and update the related information
- Scan new account set up sheets.
- Maintain general inventory office supplies.
- Responsible for all general filing.
- Bilingual (English is required to respond to international clients)
- Experience in a reception role
- Experience in accounting/finance (asset)
- Great communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
