**Who You Are**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage and own the lead lifecycle from prospecting, to nurturing and negotiations, to the final sales presentation that acquires the customer
- Identify potential prospects and key decision makers, build strong relationships with customers and position the Paytek brand within the industry
- Engage and nurture prospects and leads through discovery, solution selling and effective sales presentations
- Build excellent rapport and leverage this to steer prospects towards solutions
- Develop sales strategies and manage sales/performance goals and quotas
- Manage comprehensive negotiations with senior-level executives and business owners

**What Skills You’ll Need**:

- Minimum 2+ years experience in B2B sales
- Consultative approach, dedicated to solution selling
- Verifiable track record of hitting and exceeding quotas
- Organized, competitive, disciplined
- Excited to learn and extremely coachable

- Paytek offers full training for all Sales Agents and Account Executives._
- $50,000 base salary plus commissions, bonuses and benefits._
- ** Must be able to work from the office using all channels, including telesales, door-to-door sales, cold calling and lead management **_

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and nurture engagement by prospects and leads through effective discovery, opportunity creation and closing presentations.
- Manage and maintain sales funnels (via cold calling, lead management, and nurturing activities), including clear activity notes and tracking.
- Build excellent rapport and leverage this to steer prospects towards solutions.
- Develop sales strategies and manage sales/performance goals and quotas.
- Identify potential prospects and key decision makers, build strong relationships with customers and position the Paytek brand within the industry.
- Become an industry expert, and learn new products/service features and benefits.
- Develop sales presentations and build proposals.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2+ years experience in B2B Sales (tele-sales and/or face-to-face sales)
- Tech Savvy and comfortable learning, using and educating others on technology
- Consultative approach, dedicated to solution selling
- Verifiable track record of hitting and exceeding quotas
- Organized, competitive, disciplined
- Excited to learn and extremely coachable
- Excellent communicator and negotiator

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
