**Job Description**:
**What you will do**
- Define and execute a brand strategy that reflects PAS' strategy and builds a compelling and cohesive brand presence for PAS and its sub-businesses
- Work with PAS team, Purpose Unlimited partners, and outside providers to build and implement a marketing plan that establishes PAS as a “market creator”, to increase its visibility and to drive sales growth
- Develop goals and KPIs for company’s marketing and communications efforts and work with sales teams to ensure efforts drive pipeline growth
- Create and maintain a marketing and communications calendar that supports the execution of the strategy and keeps the team informed
- Partner with PAS leadership to develop PAS’s creative content from website to presentations
- Increase PAS’s presence with media and social networks
- Collaborate with and leverage Purpose Unlimited’s marketing and community-building efforts to support and draw from the Purpose’s broader presence
- Support the execution of the company’s overall communications efforts with clients, regulators and industry
- Deliver constant improvement in PAS’s internal communication activity to promote transparency, education and a unified culture

**Qualifications**:
**What you will bring**
- 5+ years experience in D2C or B2B marketing and communications
- Proven experience in leading marketing strategy and campaigns with a very hands-on approach
- Expert capabilities in computer programs and software like Office 365, Slack, Zoom, HubSpot, Siteimprove, and Google Analytics
- Tactical campaign experience and familiarity with digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, etc.
