**Summary**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Keep abreast of Cisco technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource and able to represent and champion Cisco's objectives within TD SYNNEX Canada
- Acting as a central point of contact and advocate for Cisco within TD SYNNEX. Ensure TD relevance within Cisco and influence Cisco's consideration of TD SYNNEX for potential investment
- Build relationships with vendor representatives and build strategies for sales and marketing plans that will drive customer sales and meet company objectives for revenue and profitability growth. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reporting, weekly and monthly
- Build and sustain long term relationships with clients, customers, and vendors by consistently exceeding their expectations, discover new ways to add value, and maintain a sense of urgency to resolve any issues
- Engage with TD SYNNEX counterparts in the US and other geographies on Americas and Global initiatives that drive preference for TD SYNNEX.
- Champion new Cisco related business opportunities within TD SYNNEX and define processes for forecasting, inventory management, product sell through, returns, promotions, and exit strategies to meet and exceed company metrics and customer requirements
- Maintain consistent communication and cooperation with all TD SYNNEX departments to ensure business is profitable and minimize operating expenses
- Create and communicate tactical and strategic initiatives aligned with the direction of the organization and divisional objectives
- Work with Cisco and internal departments to develop and bring innovative tools and services to market that create preference for TD SYNNEX with a specific focus on Cisco Services execution

- Strategic thinker, creative problem solver and takes initiative
- Courteous, professional, and timely for both in person visits to accounts and vendor meetings, as well as in business writing
- Have a passion for Cisco products and developing technologies, interested in learning about new product trends and technologies
**Experience***:
- Bachelor's degree or at minimum college degree
- 3-5 years sales business development experience, with a preference in IT/Networking
- Project management experience and/or training an asset
- Proven track record of obtaining and overachievement against quota
- MS Office, Outlook
- Presentation skills at all levels within an organization
