Our Sudbury Operations have been in existence for more than 100 years. With five mines, a mill, a smelter, a refinery and nearly 4,000 employees it is also one of the largest integrated mining complexes in the world.

**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in Sudbury. This is a permanent position.

As an Administrative Assistant will conduct ongoing administration assistance for senior management teams.

In this position you will:

- Receive and screen telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors, answering routine questions and obtaining and providing information to save executive's time.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings and conferences and travel arrangements (flights, car rentals, hotel bookings)
- Organize and maintain the Executive's correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with limited direction.
- Prepare complex reports, and assist with gathering, summarizing, and analyzing data.
- Processes invoices for payment into the SAP system and maintains invoice filing system. Ensure prompt payment to suppliers with agreed upon timelines.

**About You**

Education**:

- A minimum of a community college diploma in administrative or business studies

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 5- 7 years’ experience within office administration roles

**Skills**:

- Experience scheduling scheduling/organizing meetings, travel, scheduling, typing, file management, invoice management, office communications management
- Experience with budgets and SAP considered an asset
