Primary

**Responsibilities**:

- Matching invoices with purchase orders/quotes
- Verifying signing authorities for invoices and tracking down signatures when required
- Expense reimbursements - organizing receipts and tracking approvals
- Maintain employee gas cards including Fleet Fuel Cards
- Reception - answer, screen & direct calls in a professional manner
- Reception - first point of contact at counter to assist with walk-ins, delivery receipts, mail and collect paperwork being dropped off

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and recording systems, photocopying, dealing with deliveries, stationery, scanning and perform other related duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Computer literate - Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently
- Able to handle multiple requests, prioritize and respond quickly and efficiently
- Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- High level of personal integrity
- Strong work ethic
- Must be adaptive for technology changes as the company shifts to a paperless environment

Experience within an accounting department would also be an asset

Additional Information
- Monday to Friday
- Normal work hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm OR 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Not accessible to public transportation

Future Plans:
The goal of this role is to learn our accounting software and processes and develop into a Full Time Truckers Payable Clerk with compensation being adjusted accordingly starting at $24.00 at that time

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
