**Successful applicants will hold the following qualifications**:

- Experience in supporting people with disabilities in community living is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, encouraging unity and a positive, progressive atmosphere.
- Current First Aid/CPR and Crisis Intervention (CPI) certificates or a willingness to obtain this.
- The ability to act as an advocate for individuals in a manner that fosters individual growth and change.
- Valid Class G Driver's License
- Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check current within the past year, or a willingness to obtain this
