Automotive Sales Consultant

**Duties**
- Actively engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and competitor offerings.
- Utilize effective negotiation skills to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating strong phone etiquette during customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer experiences.
- Utilize math skills for calculating financing options and payment plans for customers.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with customers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math proficiency for handling financial transactions and calculations related to sales.
- A passion for cars and an understanding of automotive features and benefits is highly desirable.

Pay: $88,435.00-$101,925.00 per year
