Payroll Manager

Our **Payroll Manager **is responsible for oversight of the full payroll process and the team in the Pacific region. This position will be fully office-based, in our Vancouver airport office.

**Requirements**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to Payroll team members, ensuring high quality work product and that overall service levels are maintained
- Review and approve payroll records
- Oversee benefits enrolments, adjustments, and renewals
- Ensure timely remittances of various payroll withholdings, WCB payments, Union payments, benefits invoices, etc.
- Facilitate payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide direction and respond to escalated inquiries from the Payroll team, managers, and employees
- Provide support and guidance for other departments
- Stay up-to-date on employment standards and collective bargaining agreements
- Prepare year-end reports and documentation as required by government agencies
- Other duties as required to assist with organizational needs

**Qualifications**
- Experience managing a team
- Thorough knowledge of payroll practices and CRA legislation
- Strong computer proficiency in payroll software and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills
- Payroll Compliance Practicioner (PCP)

**Salary: $80,000 - $90,000**

**This position will be fully office-based, in our Vancouver airport location.**
