As a File Clerk at Lepine, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. The primary focus of this role is on filing, encompassing approximately 90% of the daily responsibilities. The remaining 10% will involve performing light administrative duties to support the smooth functioning of the office.
**Responsibilities**:
- **File Management (90%)**:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of documents.
- Retrieve files as needed for various departments.
- Implement and maintain file organization protocols.
- ** Administrative Duties (10%)**:
- Greet and assist guests for meetings.
- Coordinate lunch orders for meetings and events.
- Manage office supplies and coffee inventory.
- Receive and distribute incoming packages.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in filing and records management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Demonstrated reliability and a positive work ethic.
- Desire to remain focused on the role of a File Clerk.
**Additional Information**:
- This is a 3 month contract position with possibility of extension.
- Working hours 9:00am-5:00pm.
