**Communications Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion**

**If you're an ambitious and motivated, skilled at storytelling and strategic communications, and a strong relationship manager, this role could be a fit for you.**
- **Work closely with senior leaders to provide strategic advice and develop proactive communications programs to support the Bank's DEI strategy and areas of focus.**:

- **Be passionate about storytelling, especially in DEI communications, with exceptional writing and editing skills.**:

- **Have strong relationship management skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders to influence outcomes.**:

- **Develop creative and inspiring communications, including executive remarks, to drive engagement and greater understanding of TD's DEI strategy among colleagues.**:

- **Be self-motivated and able to take ideas through to execution with strong project and stakeholder management skills.**:

- **Exercise good judgment and understand how to influence outcomes to deliver results. They will be able to navigate ambiguity to understand the dynamics of a situation and what matters to stakeholders and why.**:

- **Be able to think outside the box, with a creative eye for uncovering the best stories, interest in what's happening in the world, and a desire to continually learn.**:

- **Have excellent time management and prioritization skills, with an ability to juggle multiple projects.**

**Job Requirements**
- **Seven or more years of experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, or communications in a corporate or agency setting**:

- **Experience developing and executing innovative communications plans to effectively drive business objectives.**:

- **Proven experience providing communications advice and issues management to business partners and senior executives.**:

- **Exceptional writing and editing skills and a passion for storytelling**:

- **Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and timelines and navigate a complex organization.**:

- **Experience in exercising judgment and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive situations and in providing sound communication counsel to senior executives.**:

- **Resourceful and creative, with superior attention to detail and an ability to deliver high quality work under pressure.**:

- **Team player who is collaborative and focused on making an impact and finding solutions to any problems.**

**Additional Information**

**Undergraduate degree or PR/marketing/corporate communications certification, designations, or equivalent required**

**Experience in DEI is a strong asset**
